My Green Smoothie
For Trellibelli, The Supplements I use in my green smoothie are as follows: 1 1/2 tsp Maca 1 TBSP Bee Pollen 2-4 oz of Aloe Vera Juice 1-2 TBSP Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM Liquid 1 tsp 2000mg Vitamin C Crystals w/ Rosehips I usually add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds or 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed oil. You do not have to add anything into your green smoothie, it is already full of nutrients. You may use any green leafy vegetables and any combination of fruit. Today I used what I had on hand but I prefer using mangos, pineapple, pear and banana. However you choose to make yours is A OKAY. You can’t really mess it up. If its a little bitter tasting just add a couple tablespoons of Raw Agave Nector and that should do the trick. Enjoy!

I have been reading up on this and I hear great things. I am just about to order it and have been told, to start 1/2 tsp is plenty. Can you share what Maca has done for your health?
I started with 1/2 tsp for the 3 or 4 weeks. After the 1st 3 days I had energy through the rough. Up at 5:30am every morning and bed at 2am because I had too much energy. Then I started taking it every other day and I continue to take it every other day I just up my dosage to 1 1/2 tsp. Sex drive is up through the rough. Honestly, I have changed my diet and added many other things as well, Over all I feel AMAZING!
Thank you.
I add a slice of beet to my green smoothies and make them purple smoothies LOL!!!
I got the Maca after seeing your vlog, been adding it to my smoothies. Feeling much better!!!
i think im going to try this during my detox…great info as always.
Thanks Sis!
great vid! what is maca and what are the benefits? what does the aloe vera juice do?
awesome!
Be careful with food combining. Which is: Never mix sugar (honey, maple syrup) with starches, Never mix oil with starches(fried potatoes or meats),Never mix sweet fruits with green fruits (cucumbers, squash, okra)
The end result of wrong combining is dis-ease…

why do you have a microwave?
what about avocado mixed in with sweet fruits?
Hello, I read your post on never combining sugars with starches or sweet fruits and green fruits. Why is that? Since you are a Holistic Health Practitioner, what are your thoughts on maca powder for women with PCOS?
Can anyone reply to my comment here or email me and tell me what I can substitute for bannanas in my green smoothie? The bannans give it a nice sweet taste and creamy consistancy-however, I have found bannanas give me heartburn. Any advice?
You can use any type of fruit. I would probably add dates for sweetness or sweeten with agave or maple syrup.
coconuts!
ok, i must say it was very informative. Thank you. There are several supplements i had not heard of and will now look into. BUT…..um, i think i spend 5 min of that video just watching u prepare. Staring at the blender or the back of your water jug. I suggest you have all ingredients handy before making the video. I will really help with the quality of your video. Just some constructive thoughts.
Well, it looks tad gross but I am sure that you are doing your body a whole lot of good. One can never eat enough fruit or vegetables. Thank you for sharing!
I thought the very same thing…it looks absolutely aweful but it is better than any fruit smoothie you can get from Jumba Juice or Juice it Up…you should try it and let me know what you think…you don’t have to put all the supplements in there…those were things that I take on a daily basis anyway but you can leave it out and just use your favorite fruit, water or juice and some greens!
you are very pretty, beautiful skin and eyes are so vibrant…

im trying this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aloe vera juice is not good for us. It dries out the moisture in your body. Look it up on the internet. I don’t know why they serve it as a health product. Everything that we think is good for us is not always what we think.
You are absolutely right. Combining the wrong foods are called internal contamination.
@queensheba1978 I used to get heartburn from bananas until I tried a tip that I read. Try eating bananas alone and pay attention to something called digestive timing or food combining. Bananas don’t mix well with some foods. They are best eaten alone or with greens. If you can eat bananas alone, you should be fine. Try experimenting.
I READ THAT FRUIT AND VEG SHOULD ‘NT BE EATEN AT THE SAME TIME.
THEY DIGEST DIFFERENTLY.
